Clark County School District Teachers Do Not Deserve a Raise!

According to the left-leaning, ultra-liberal union members of the Clark County Education Association, Clark County School District teachers deserve a long over due raise. That is non-sense! Clark County School District Teachers are some of the worst teachers in the state of Nevada, and most Clark County Schools are ranked last in academic achievement. No raise for worthless teachers!!

Clark County School District Hires and Promotes Unqualified African-American Women to Meet Government Quotas

Clark County School District administrators have a love-hate relationship with Black female teachers. Consider the case of Cram Middle School Jo Ann Cason as Dean of Students. She is a former Math teacher at one of the worst achieving schools in Nevada, Findlay Middle School, according to a colleague of mine who previously worked at Findlay MS.

Based upon a recommendation from blonde-haired Findlay Middle School Principal Brenda Caszatt, Jo Ann Cason left Findlay Middle School for Cram Middle School to become a Dean of Students. The fact is that Findlay students had horrible Math achievement scores, and Jo Ann Cason had s spotty relationship with some employees.

The weave-wearing, and homely-looking, Dr. Jo Ann Cason is alleged to be an example of an unqualified Clark County School District employee because she allegedly has insufficient experience in web programming, HTML, CSSD, Xcode programming, CCSD tools like Canvas, etc. However, Airhead Findlay Middle School Principal Brenda Caszatt apparently liked Jo Ann Cason. The fact is that Dr. Jo Ann Cason is a black female educator with suspect skills, and suspect qualifications.

The weave-wearing Dr. Jo Ann Cason is alleged to be an example of an unqualified Clark County School District employee.

Another Findlay Middle School teacher is fake-hair Delaine Jones. According to sources familiar with the school, Delaine Jones could not quickly master important software concepts needed by the students, was injured and did not have perfect attendance, lacked superior writing skills, chastised students for sitting during the national anthem, could not or would not respect or work with better qualified, and vastly superior African-American male educators, and further intentionally skipped numerous classes despite her role as a co-teacher.

Despite all of this, bimbo Brenda Caszatt bestowed upon Delaine Jones a school award, claims sources familiar with the matter.

Any wonders why Findlay Middle School is ranked so low? Any wonder why most African-American students at Findlay refer to each with the N-word? Brenda Caszatt is doing a great job at letting the students know what to expect of a Nxgger, and to disrespect any person that refuses to accept such standards.

Weird Clark County School District Teacher Jennings.

A teacher that many students identify as Jennings or Logan also teaches at Findlay Middle School. Student report that she wears her hair blonde. That fact alone should tell you a lot about this teacher. As media reports confirm, blonde-haired teachers are typically the most perverted, and tend to think with their dirty vagina instead of what little brain that they have.

Students and former employees report that Findlay Middle School is like a zoo full of untrained animals. The school is a perfect example of human-breeding gone awry and hiring based upon who you like or dislike instead of qualifications. A Third World mess.

Students use the N-word on a regular basis with no fear of reprisal from blonde-haired Principal Brenda Caszatt. At a young age, many female students at Findlay Middle School appear to be groomed for Lesbianism; Findlay teachers do not report Middle-School girls kissing each other or holding hands in the classrooms.

A Clark County School District Accountability Report confirms the inferiority of Findlay Middle School, and the failure of its teaching staff. Teachers like Jennings and her colleagues are not doing enough! Many students are angry! Classrooms operate in chaos!

In fact, one of the weird personality traits of Jennings, as reported by current and former colleagues, is that she allegedly picks and choose which male co-workers she elects to professionally greet or offer any professional assistance to.

Is acting like a professional really that difficult? For slut-thinking teachers, being around men or youthful males can be very complex.

Qualified Black male educators with a higher I.Q., she reportedly ignores, and rumors claim she attempts to disrespect. The same sources claim that Logan flocks to white male educators like a thirsty dog in search of water.

One of the grooming techniques reported by the media of female teachers seeking under-age youth is their deceptive personality. My number #1 reminder is this: Teachers attend school to teach, not to date dogs or marry their co-worker.

Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval Passes Assembly/Senate Bills to help low I.Q./lazy Clark County School District Teachers

The Clark County School District should be lowering salaries of all teachers until the Clark County School District is ranked in the top 10 of all school districts in the U.S. Assembly Bill 27 was passed to allow Clark County School District to recruit cheap foreign labor at the expense of better qualified Americans. A favorite target of recruitment of the Clark County School District are poor countries like the Philipines.

Senate Bill 20 was apprived by Governor Sandoval to help lazy, and incompetent Clark County School District teachers and administrators avoid taking easy exams. The easy exams covering the Nevada Constitution, and the U.S. Constitution were axed only because too many lazy, dumb, low I.Q. and pathetic Clark County School District teachers could not pass simple tests.

Conclusion: Clark County School District Teachers DO NOT DESERVE A RAISE!
