"Approval-Seal" Scams

Approval-Seal scams have proliferated over the Internet. Beware of any scholarship search service sponsored by and/ or promoted by National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), and National Scholarship Provider's Association., a/k/a/ NSPA

If an organization displays any sort of "approval seal" of these organizations, it is virtually guaranteed that their services are incomplete, heavily censored, and catered to "preferred listings" in the same way of the massive student-loan fraud investigated by the New York Attorney General.

Beware of any "approval seal" issued by a non-profit organization to a for-profit company. This sort of transaction is typically a back-handed way of paying a for-profit entity a fee to act in a manner that is otherwise and generally prohibited if the non-profit acted alone.

Such "Approval-Seals" often come with political overtones, and commercially-sponsored links to members of the non-profit. In various cases, such
"Approval-Seals" may be akin to paying a fee to a reporter to write certain articles, or paying a radio station to play certain records.

Both NACAC and N.S.P.A. have ties to National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (a/k/a/ NASFAA). The office of the N.Y. York Attorney General has tied many members of NASFAA and NACAC to deceitful acts, and fraudulent conduct involving student-loan fraud. Both organizations have ties to the massive student loan fraud amongst its many members, and have ties dating back to 1996 to notorious federal informant Mark Kantrowitz.

In their literature, NACAC makes the claim that their Seal of Approval is "designed to help our audience make choices about the growing number of available admission counseling resources as they consider options beyond secondary school." This is crap. In our opinion, the seal is a for-profit technique designed to circumvent standard moral and ethical customs that traditional non-profit organizations should abide by.

As proof, what State Bar association is going to allow an attorney to sale or barter a "Seal of Approval" to for-profit businesses or private persons??

The business of "Approval Seals" by non-profit organizations is the backbone that led to the under-reporting and non-detection of student-loan fraud.

There are numerous public documents, and documents that federal agencies (U.S. Department of Justice, United States Postal Service, FTC, Dept. of Education) WILL NOT release under the Freedom of Information Act that implicate informant Kantrowitz with certain officials associated with NACAC, N.S.P.A., and NASFAA.

Until and unless these documents are made public, we must assume that any organization bearing the "Approval Seal" associated with NASFAA, or NACAC or N.S.P.A., is prone to suspicions and perhaps even fraud!!

Thank you!

Congratulations to Barack Obama/Joe Biden

Finally, the Election of 2008 is over. John McCain, the decorated former prisoner of war, and his running mate Sarah Palin were drubbed off the court.

What mistakes did John McCain make, many ask?? Well, many pundits believe the first mistake was his choice of Sarah Palin. Let's face it, this woman was never the most intelligent, most gifted, and most experienced woman of the GOP. Her family is dysfunctional, and her record is frayed.

In TrooperGate, the facts revealed suggest that this Brunette Barbie influenced government officials to fire a hard-working man who divorced the bratty sister of Sarah Palin.

The teenage daughter of Sarah Palin became pregnant or was raped. No charges were filed, and it is still unclear who the real father(s) is??

The choice of Sarah Palin as his running mate made a mockery of John McCain's claim to put country first. He put himself first, and his country third or fourth. He wanted a female puppet to control, and that is exactly what he got.

McCain and his bimbo incorrectly thought that the young generation would embrace the same race and divisive politics of George Bush/Ronald Reagan. RNC spinmasters were wrong. Sarah Palin use smear tactics, and Nazi methods to discredit a man who is her superior.

How this woman became a U.S. governor is shocking?? I sincerely doubt and hope that the people of Alaska are not as backward, unsophisticated, and lacking in intellect as Sarah Palin.

Fraud of the SAT Cottage Industry

Have any of you watched the new NAAS-NEWS video called "Fraud of the SAT Cottage Industry. ?

It is a great video. The video deals with the SAT cottage industry. Millions of dollars each year are being made by The College Board, and members of the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA; their alphabet-related pet dog, NACAC, is run by Valerie Williams.

Experts, news media, and many persons, consider the SAT test to be an untrue indicator of potential success. In fact, the SAT test has been accused of being racist, unfair, and unnecessary. Yet, over many years, many member colleges and universities of NASFAA have required that students take the test. This collaboration of NASFAA/NACAC members has provided fertile ground for fraud, and immense profits.

Students and parents should not be forced to take the SAT test. Also, NASFAA and The College Board both have ties dating back to 1996 with federal informant Mark Kantrowitz. Kantrowitz fed bogus information to the DOJ, USPS, and the FTC. His business of deceit ("financial-aid expert", and false "Reliability Reports") and evasion was sponsored by NASFAA.

Several years later, the N.Y. Attorney General busted many members of NASFAA for the student-loan fraud crisis. This proves you cannot trust a counselor who is a member of NASFAA/NACAC. Many news-reporters continue to quote Kantrwitz but do not disclose his background and work as a federal informant.

Phone number: 775-293-4515

Anybody know the address of the criminals behind this phone number? We have tracked down their names, and status. They seem to have a track record for harassing Americans. A Google search demonstrates that their telephone calls are harrassing a number of Americans.

These calls violate express NAAS EAS/N2 Rules, and possibly federal and local anti-harassment laws.

We know they are in White Pine county, in Ely, Nevada. Apparently, the Russians or NASFAA officials are angry at our anti-Socialist news reports.

Hey, we were not the ones who underpinned the student-loan crisis, or who used crooked financial-aid counselors associated with NACAC to deceive parents and students. Also, we did not hire a nerdy federal informant by the name of Kantrowitz to generate referrals. We were not the ones who used Carnegie Mellon University as a base of Socialist and Communist political dogma; read the Kantrowitz connections to the NASFAA, Monster Inc., DOJ, FTC, and USPS, and his use of CMU addresses.

Also, we were not the organization called to the carpet by the New York Attorney General. Let's face the facts: persons and financial-aid counselors associated with NASFAA, and their government moles still have no respect for the U.S. Constitution, nor the rights of common Americans.

I suspect many of these obnoxious phone calls, are associated with persons who appear in NAAS Media Reports.

Counselors associated with NASFAA/NACAC ?

As students and parents, do you feel that you have been misled by counselors or companies that are members of NASFAA, and its sister organization, NACAC??
Consider the facts of these two issues:
1. Students were steered towards expensive, burdensome, and costly loans that were originated by companies who paid a premium in advertising and membership fees with NASFAA/NACAC?
2. Students and their parents have been deliberately provided false, inaccurate, and deceiving information about the legitimacy and legality of processing fees for merit-base awards, only to be steered towards back-room deals hatched by companies, universities, and counselors associated with NASFAA/NACAC.
3. New York Attorney General Andrew M. Cuomo blasted Dallas Martin about NASFAA's perceived role into the most serious, wide-spread financial-aid scam in the entire history of the United States of America. Mr. Martin was not charged with any crime, but the New York Attorney General implied that NASFAA had its fat hand and big ass in "an unholy alliance between banks and institutions of higher education that may not be in the student's best interest."

Are you making The College Board rich??

Each year, thousands of students across America line the pockets of The College Baord by participating in a sham test that fleeces the pockets and purses of millions of Americans each year.

As many of you may know, The College Board is a member of NASFAA. NASFAA is a non-profit organization that boasts memberships amongst hundreds of prestigious colleges and universities. Though a concerted effort and deliberate colloboration, for many years each of the member schools and universities of NASFAA have required that prospective students take an SAT and/or ACT test to allegedly judge their propects for success at an institution of hiring learning.

During this time period, The College Board pocketed an enormous amount of money, and its officers became quite wealthy.

As a smoke screen, and a possible eye at limiting access to competing dollars, The College Board hooked up with NASFAA, and several other members of NASFAA, in a varierty of self-serving ventures. Eventually, the attorney generals of several states began sniffing for clues. Soon, the Student loan scandal became public.

Within the past few years, as more and more Americans and schools have debugged this pay-for-nothing scheme, more schools have opted to make the SAT an option rather than a reqirement.

Is Sarah Palin ready to be President??

Give me a break. No. Give me a drink instead. Am I only the person dreaming??
Several websites, including Askmen.com poised the question is Sarah Palin ready to be President?
Is this a fair question??

Anybody running for President or Vice-President of the U.S.A. should be prepared to be asked numerous questions concerning their character, integrity, intellect, and morality.

If a man or woman cannot efficiently and skillfully manage the affairs of his/her own family, then how can one expect him/her to manage the social, political, economic, and business affairs of an entire nation??

Naive Barack Obama claims that discussions of family issues are private and off-limits. So if incest is being committed is that off-limits also?? What about a teenage daughter getting pregnant because her parents did not raise her with proper morality or character?? These are legitimate issues to be asked for any presidential candidate.

The national media, specifically, the San Jose Mercury, suggested that there are a number of character issues involving Mrs. Palin, not to mention her strayful, super-charged, teenage daughter.

For example, the media reported that "Gov. Sarah Palin lives by the maxim that all politics is local, not to mention personal."

When there was a vacancy at the top of the state Division of Agriculture, she appointed a high school classmate, Franci Havemeister, to the $95,000-a-year directorship. A former real estate agent, Havemeister cited her childhood love of cows as one of her qualifications for running the roughly $2 million agency. Good enough, said Palin. Your'e hired!!

Budget reports indicate that Havemeister was one of at least five high school classmates Palin hired, often at salaries far exceeding their private sector wages.

When Palin had to cut the 2007 state budget, she avoided the legion of frustrated legislators and mayors. Instead, she huddled with her budget director and her husband, Todd, an oil field worker who is not a state employee, and vetoed millions of dollars of legislative projects.

And in May, a Wasilla blogger, Sherry Whitstine, who chronicles the governor's career with an astringent eye, answered her phone and an assistant to the governor was on the line, she said.

"You should be ashamed!" Ivy Frye, the assistant, told her. "Stop blogging. Stop blogging right now."

Is Sarah Palin ready to be leader and commander-in-chief of the U.S. military?? If you want war with Russia, then vote for Palin. There is no doubt that Putin would make her his little puppy. Just look how he fooled W. jr.

N.B.A. Superstars Barely Beat Spain.

On August 24th, 2008, the Associated Press wrote "Culminating a three-year mission to end years of embarrassment, the U.S. team survived a huge challenge from Spain, winning 118-107 in the gold-medal game Sunday."

To the players, fans, and many Americans, it would appear that the pecking order of N.B.A. superiority was restored in international basketball.

In fact, listen to what high-school graduate, multi-rich super-star LeBron James said at a press conference attended by the entire team. This non-college graduate remarked "Much respect to Spain, but the U.S. is back on top again."

Let me figure this out. After gathering the so-called best players of the N.B.A., including former rape suspect, and three-time N.B.A. champion Kobe Bryant, over-hyped, over-paid, finger-nail biting Lebron James, college drop-out Carmelo Anthony, and numerous other assortments of drop-outs and/or former crime suspects, the alleged best team in the world led by only four points with under 21/2 minutes to play. So much for domination.

"We played with great character in one of the great games in international basketball history, I think," said over-rated U.S. coach (Duke University) Mike Krzyzewski.

What Spain demonstrated is that true basketball is a game of wit, desire, and hustle. The Americans were lazy down the stretch and relied too much on pure athleticism (not surprising since half the team are drop-outs), instead of chessmanship.

The importance of education cannot be over-estimated. Given its roster of superstars, the U.S. team was outplayed but Spain could not overcome the lucky draw of athleticism on that particular night. In a game of the best of seven, there is little doubt the U.S. team would be in serious trouble.

So, Lebron. Grab a book. Do some research. The U.S. team is a long ways from "back on top again."
