Suspicions and Reviews of Bing Scholarship Searches

Suspicions and Reviews of the Bing Scholarship Searches
Comparisons to Verizon Wireless Scandal

The Microsoft Bing scholarship search engine, in particular, is not only a huge flopping failure, but scholarship searches conducted on the Bing scholarship search engine are being compared to Verizon Wireless in terms of suspicions about government involvement. The suspicions for some students searching for scholarships, grants, and financial-aid on the Bing scholarship search engine is that the Bing scholarship search service is deliberately withholding certain scholarship searches from appearing in its scholarship search results; or, the Bing search engine is simply inferior, and incapable of locating and indexing quality, unique, and fresh scholarship content.

Verizon Wireless Spying Program vs. Bing Scholarship Searches

Chinese scholarship search engines are already known to impose censorship on its users who search for scholarships on websites that are critical of China. Websites that expose or discuss the patent inferiority of Made-In-China products or discuss the dangers of using Made-In-China products will be subject to censorship.

Verizon Wireless was caught red-handed, thanks to Edward Snowden, a soft-spoken 29-year-old employee of National Security Agency (NSA). However, I am not prepared to give Edward Snowden the full credit for his heroic actions. Edward Snowden simply clarified a long-held suspicion that Verizon Wireless was and most likely continues to be a willing partner of government spying on innocent Americans.

In fact, I have long suspected Verizon Wireless of being a complicit U.S. government mole, and I have suspected that some HTC phones are listening devices designed to absorb direct and indirect voice transmissions. The basis of my suspicions have been documented well before the public airing of Edward Snowden. In the Winter of 2012, my friend related an incident to me in which he claimed that a Verizon Wireless employees indirectly admitted to government snooping on his phone. On several occasions, the person even demanded that Verizon cease their intrusions and spying. After listening to these stories, and after witnessing a Verizon HTC phone in the "act", I became convinced that some Verizon phones are replete with electrical suspicions of eavesdropping.

Can Bing Scholarship Search Service find Unique, Quality, and Original Scholarship content?

My question is simple and direct: "Can Bing Scholarship Search Service find Unique, Quality, and Original Scholarship content?" My tentative answer to that question is No. However, the interesting question is whether or not the Bing Scholarship Search service is intentionally withholding quality, unique, and fresh scholarship search results; or, is Bing simply a scholarship search engine failure that students, moms, and women should avoid? Bill, you can have your cake, but we are not giving you the frosting too. Is Bing a search angine or government tool?? If Bing is valid scholarship search engine then index the pages that students, consumers, moms, mothers, and women want to see!

Students seeking scholarships, grants, and financial-aid via Bing scholarship searches are asking this very intelligent and sensible question: How is it possible for one scholarship sponsor to have more than 50 pages ranked #1 on Google and other scholarship search engines but the same scholarship sponsor and exact same scholarship pages are NOT even ranked on Bing? I have a severe problem with that. It raises suspicions as to whether or not the Bing Scholarship Search service is really just government tool to distract attention away from the best scholarship content or is Bing simply an engineering failure?

The possible answers to students' questions about the integrity of scholarship searches on the Bing search service, are as follows:

  1. Microsoft Corporation has misrepresented the ability of the Bing search service to find and locate quality, unique, fresh, original, scholarship content that deserves to be ranked #1;
  2. Microsoft Corporation understands the fact that the Bing scholarship search service has technical flaws so severe that students, moms, mothers, and women cannot find quality, unique, and original scholarship content using the Bing scholarship service;
  3. Microsoft Corporation is negligent about the fact that the Bing scholarship search service has technical flaws so severe that students, moms, mothers, and women cannot find quality,fresh, unique, and original scholarship content using the Bing scholarship service;
  4. Microsoft Corporation sends out Microsoft bot software not to index quality scholarship content, but to selectively exclude quality scholarship content from appearing in scholarship search results managed by Bing as a result of directions, advice, or coercion from government agencies, foreign or American.
  5. Microsoft Bing scholarship searches may be engaging in censorship although there is no legitimate legal or valid reason to support such activity; and, such acts may be depriving consumers of Honest Services in accordance with U.S. federal laws
