AKNASC.COM website Suspended

The Alaska division of the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools was stripped of its use of NAAS labels and logos by NAAS DEIA agents. In addition, the website AKNASC.COM was suspended a second time on December 29th, 2009. The Alaska division is headed by Chuck Fannin, a corrupt Principal, employed at South Anchorage High School.

Click on this link http://www.aknasc.com to verify.

According to public documents obtained from the website of phony NAAS imposter Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, and its criminal suspect President David Steadman, these persons are responsible for the Alaska division:
Dwight Probasco,Chuck Fannin, Helen Mehrkens,Daniel Walker.

It should be noted that Helen Mehrkens is an executive employed by the Alaska Dept. of Education. Like her hero Sarah Palin, Helen Mehrkens is a dirty woman willing to lie in the gutter for a few stinking dollars. The only thing that motivates the state of Alaska to continue ties with Northwest Association of Accredited Schools is greed and indifference for the quality of education of students in Alaska.

If an organization (Northwest Association of Accredited Schools/AKNASC.COM) can't properly manage adherence to a basic corporate code of ethics then how is it possible for it to ascertain the credit worthiness of others??

Despite numerous warnings commencing as early as March 2009, these trademark thieves and infringers did not abide by a CEASE AND DESIST letter, and did not deter their apparent leader David Steadman from engaging in deceptive acts and perjurious conduct that is alleged against him.

Instead of promptly complying with known U.S. federal laws, these utterly corrupt persons and apparent Red-square sympathizers and radical subversives sought guidance by laws and customs not from the United States of America. Their source of inspiration is certainly not from the U.S. Constitution, but most likely from the discredited policies and politics of Communist Russia. After-all, Russians routinely steal, and Russians routinely lie.

Indeed, the difference between an honest person and a criminal is that the honest person seeks to abide by the law, and promptly correct his/her behavior when notified of an alleged or possible wrong. The criminal, on the other hand, needs to be FORCED (by court order, arrest, conviction, embarassment, or suspension of services) to comply with the same set of laws.

It is my firm belied and opinion that Dwight Probasco,Chuck Fannin, Helen Mehrkens, and Daniel Walker are an absolute disgrace, and traitors of the United States of America. Either obey American laws OR enlist citizenship into Communist Russia, North Korea, or some other den of Marxism.

Important Notice: Deferral of NAAS Awards

National Academy of American Scholars is developing a series of multi-media projects and software suites that will require a significant amount of intensive programming, planning, analysis, and labor.

Unfortunately, these series of projects will not allow sufficient resources to focus upon the current term of NAAS Awards to a level that is most students, parents, and educators have traditionally expected from an NAAS Administration. Therefore, the 20th NAAS term will be deferred until the following term thereafter, unless notified to the contrary. This decision does not affect the NAAS Subscriber area, or advertising affiliattes like USAVideo.Biz

Pending and submitted NAAS Awards will still be honored, accepted, but deferred administrative action until such awards are affirmatively re-activated for an active term per NAAS EAS/N2 Rules. The NAAS.ORG website will be updated in appropriate areas to reflect this change.

For further questions on this issue, please submit questions via NAAS EAS/N2 Form GEC 002, OR refer to the member-area for NAAS Subscribers.

The Association of Washington School Principals

The Association of Washington School Principals

Olympia, WA 98501-1500

Washington Student Leadership
Cispus Learning Center

NAAS DEIA Agents forcefully strip The Association of Washington School Principals from NAAS logos and trademarks. The Association of Washington School Principals is the Washington state affiliate of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. Both organizations are guilty of using the NAAS logos and trademarks illegally and without compensation to the owner.

A Cease and Desist letter sent in March of 2009 informing both organizations of U.S. trademark laws was disregarded by both suspicious organizations. Eventually, the rule of law prevailed.

Non-working NAAS Emails; Start Logic Equipment

For the past 10 days, email addressses associated with National Academy of American Scholars have not been receiving or sending out emails. Certain affliates have also been affected. The reason is because of technical issues related to Start Logic servers. Start Logic is the company that currently handles email services for root NAAS email addresses.

Therefore, if you did not receive an expected reply from an NAAS Agent it is not because we ignored your inquiry. It is because of technical issues related to Start Logic equipment.

Thank you for your patience.

USA Video.Biz

National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS) does not accept direct or indirect advertising on it central NAAS.ORG channel. Unlike organizations like the Better Business Bureau, and other non-profit organizations that lease or barter their logos in the form of "accreditation" or "approval seals", National Academy of American Scholars does not permit the practice with NAAS logos.

The practice of accepting advertising fees from the same persons that are focal points of media reports (or, in the case of the BBB, so-called Reliability Reports) is considered unethical by National Academy of American Scholars.

Instead, we urge potential and legitimate advertisers to consider purchasing a directory link via USA Video.Biz. This an entity sponsored by National Academy of American Scholars.

USA Video.Biz is a full-service multi-media online Business Directory that features multiple categories, search-engine optimization, and enhanced search engine rankings on Youtube, Google, Yahoo, Bing, and other major portals.

As a bonus, NAAS Subscribers have the option of including a one-year USA Video.Biz subscription/link addition at no extra costs.

State-by-State Listing of Phony 'NAAS' Schools

There is considerable confusion as to what organizations are endorsed, approved, or accredited by National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS). Therefore, we have published a State-by-State Guide that features what schools ARE NOT accredited by National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS).

Phony FaceBook tied to Northwest Association

A phony FaceBook account that was apparently created by an officer of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools was shut down today by NAAS DEIA Agents, with the assistance of FaceBook Inc. Leonard Paul, an officer of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, was the public signer on the account. He is suspected of creating a phony FaceBook account on October 8th, 2009, nearly 2 months after the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office suggested that the use of the NAAS label by his company was fraudulent and infringed upon the rights of National Academy of American Scholars.

Despite a CEASE AND DESIST letter sent via certified U.S. mail to David Steadman, despite a formal rejection by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, despite being dropped by Boise State University, and numerous others persons who respect and obey U.S. federal laws, and despite their repeated failures to censor the NAAS NEWS Media reports, officials from Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, and their die-hard Russian affiliates, Communist sympathizers, and Aryan worshippers tied to the Idaho State Dept. of Education still have not quite grasped that their credibility and integrity is about as high as child molester and kidnapper Phillip Garrido.

The entire state government apparatus of Idaho must be on the Russian payroll. Lack of respect for U.S. federal laws is typically a definite early warning sign of traitors, spys, and Russian sympathizers. Certainly one can suspect Nick Smith, Tom Luna, and Richard Bauscher as potential moles or agents of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. After all, NAAS Media Reports have not been contested by either person.

What about the daughters and sons of David Steadman?? They signed on to the phony FaceBook account. Are we to surmise that fraud, indecency, stupidity, and perversity is a family affair for the Steadman family?

Thank you for reading.

Civil and criminal investigation of phony 'NAAS' Accredited Schools/Entities

Copy of notice sent to falsely accredited 'NAAS' schools affiliated with the education departments of Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Montana, Alaska, and Idaho.
cc:Association of Christian
Schools International (ACSI)

This electronic correspondence is being sent pursuant to NAAS EAS/N2 Rules.

This communication is authorized by public NAAS EAS/N2 Rules and represents a confirmation of that schools falsely claiming or using the NAAS label will be billed for both past and present use of the NAAS lable. Also, we announce a third defeat of Northwest Assocation of Accredited Schools, Inc.

A civil and criminal investigation of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools,
Inc, and fraudulent users of the NAAS label is ongoing. Such schools and entities that violate NAAS EAS/N2 Rules AND U.S. Trademark/Copyright laws have no legal credibility and lack general integrity. Schools and entities that have been publicly determined to be illegally using the NAAS label without authorization, or legal license, will be billed for both past unauthorized use and present usage fees.

On July 27, 2009, the United States Patent and Trademark Office officially refused
registration of the application submitted by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc, and its corporate alter ego (Idaho State Dept. of Education). The U.S. Government agreed with the legal assessment by NAAS DEIA Agents that Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., the Idaho State Dept. of Education, and all entities falsely claiming 'NAAS' accreditiation do so without legal authority.

Foreign schools and non-U.S. citizen students using the NAAS label without consent will be subject to both public and private complaints filed with federal agencies, including the Dept. of Homeland Security since Diploma Mills and Accreditation schemes have been linked to recruiting tactics used by terrorists.

Religious schools claiming affiliation with "Jesus Christ" and adhering to so-called "Christian principles", but illegally using the NAAS label without consent will be subject to both private and public complaint letters, and formal attempts to revoke their tax-exemption status by lodging public complaints to the Internal Revenue Service for violation of Internal Revenue Codes.

Special NAAS DEIA agents have compiled a complete and accurate list of all partners,
agents, affiliates, and schools, claiming affiliation and/or accreditaton via Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. Those schools and entites will be billed for both past and present usage of the NAAS label pursuant to public NAAS EAS/N2 Rules, and pursuant to prior case authority. A collection agency will be used if necessary to collect on accounts.

Attempts by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., and their band of illegal 'NAAS' affiliates to deprive the public from factual and accurate NAAS Media Reports concerning the unauthorized use of the NAAS label, and their associated attempts to deprive from the general public the facts and circumstances why the federal government refused to accept a perjured trademark application implicates all falsely accredited 'NAAS' entities.

These facts will continue to be reported, as well as facts concerning the naked disrespect of the U.S. Trademark Act by an alleged 'accrediting organization (i.e., Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc.), and their attempts to otherwise censor the NAAS.ORG websites from revealing these facts.

Claims that your school or organization has secured 'NAAS' Accreditation are false, untrue, worthless, and fraudulent. Your false claims will be contradicted and disputed on the Iternet, via post-cards, radio, via U.S. mail, person-to-person, and as many means and ways that are lawfully possible. Please refer to trademark laws and case authority cited in federal records against Northwest.Association of Accredited Schools.

Special NAAS User Fees are being assessed against unauthorized users of the NAAS trademark for the amount indicated in the previous invoice. Our records indicate that you were sent a billing notice for past and/or current usage of the NAAS label. As of today's date, we have not received evidence of your compliance with the terms required of unauthorized users.

We must therefore assume that your failure to address your legal responsibility is a direct admission of the public allegations posted on the NAAS News channels, and elsewhere. Thus, your school, business, or organization, will be subject to continuing legal claims and legal procedures, including, but not limited to, the classification of your entity as a Diploma Mill per NAAS EAS/N2 Rule 749.

Service Interruption by hosting Company

Message Received from NAAS.ORG Hosting company:
We regret to inform that there was a short recurrence of a network service interruption this morning (10/6) at about 9:05 AM ET.

The interruption was caused by a failure of a Start Logic hosting company core routers, which caused an overload on our network. This would have affected some services such as CGI, FTP, Mail, or MySQL. We were able to temporarily fix the issue and restore all services at around 9:45 AM ET. However, we do expect to have a small degradation of services while we continue to make further adjustments to our Network.

Server Issues (Down-time)

On October 1st, 2009. at around 1600 hours, the NAAS.ORG website was temporarily down due to a central database server undergoing routine maintenance. The NAAS.ORG website, and numerous other websites not related to National Academy of American Scholars, were similarly affected.

Status: Idaho State Dept. of Education,

To Whomever it May Concern, etc, et al:

This electronic correspondence is a notice to all parties possibly affected by the subject matter hereof. It contains information in regards to the investigation of the business practices of the Idaho State Dept. of Education, a/k/a/ Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., their American affiliate companies that claim 'NAAS' accreditation, and certain Russian and foreign agents related thereto. These parties and certain others are currently being investigated for a variety of offenses in relationship to media stories, and their public attempts to file a trademark application that sought to steal or infringe upon the protected NAAS trademark.

The full details of these offenses have not been revealed inorder to protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation. Needless to say, the facts are substantial. Please review ongoing NAAS Media Reports on topics related Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, or the Idaho State Dept. of Education; the latter, the Idaho State Dept. of Education has admitted to engaging in criminal conduct and continues to use tax revenue from Idaho citizens to fund their illegal, illegitimate, and unethical 'NAAS' Accredition business practices.

Consumers, and the general public should be forewarned that employees of the Idaho State Dept. of Education, and certain Russian or foreign agents related thereto, may attempt to engage in such conduct as impersonating police officers, impersonating law enforcement officials, inpersonating FTC', 'USPS', 'FBI', officials, just as they have already publicly impersonated 'NAAS' commissioners, and 'NAAS' officers. The objective of this conduct may be to
obstruct the enforcement of federal laws that specifically prohibit the very conduct they are engaged in.

Certain of their conduct includes maliciously and illegally accessing public computers all in an attempt to thwart the enforcement of federal laws that prohibit their unauthorized, illegal, and outrageous scheme of selling phony 'NAAS' accreditation packages without the consent of and without compensation to the authorized owner of the label.

From a legal perspective, if these persons lack a valid warrant issued from a judge that has both inpersonam and subject matter jurisdiction, said warrant should be ignored, and treated like the same paper waste that comprises their phony 'NAAS' Accreditation certificates.

The credibility of the Idaho State Dept. of Education is about as high as kidnapping suspect Phillip Garrido, or convicted espionage spy Robert Phillip Hanssen.

Russian Agents tied to Idaho State Dept. of Education.

****NAAS SPECIAL BULLETIN***:

BEWARE OF EMPLOYEES OF THE IDAHO DEPT. OF EDUCATION
AND NORTHWEST ASSOCIATION OF ACCREDITED SCHOOLS POSSIBLY ENGAGING IN CERTAIN CONDUCT AND PRACTICES THAT MAY BE CALCULATED TO OBSTRUCT JUSTICE, AND IMPEDE THE DUE PROCESS OF LAW.

These tactics and conduct may include:
a. IMPERSONATING FBI, FTC, USPS, AND/OR POLICE OFFICERS;
b. CONTACTING THIRD-PARTY VENDORS, HOSTING COMPANIES, OR AGENCIES IN THEIR ATTEMPTS TO CIRCUMVENT THE TRADITIONAL ROUTE OF THE JUDICIAL PROCESS;
c. CONTACTING THIRD-PARTY VENDORS, HOSTING COMPANIES, OR AGENCIES IN THEIR ATTEMPTS TO CIRCUMVENT THE U.S. CONSTITUTION, AND THE CIVIL LIBERTIES OF PERSONS WHO ARE THEIR CRITICS.

On or about July 27th, of 2009, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office officially REJECTED the fraudulent, deceitful, and corrupt application of the Idaho State Dept. of Education (a/k/a/ Northwest Association of Accredited Schools) in their suspected attempts to steal, misuse, mischaracterize the NAAS trademark, and associate the same with Russian companies, Communism, NAAS Accreditation scams, and other inferior products and services .

Despite a federal rejection by an independent U.S. Government agency, the defiant Idaho State Dept. of Education (a/k/a/ Northwest Association of Accredited Schools), and their Diploma Mill affiliates (per NAAS EAS/N2 Rules), continue to defy U.S. federal laws.

This circumstance of facts confirms NAAS Media Reports about suspicons regarding the lack of integrity, ethics, and the unlawful conduct of persons and companies associated with the Idaho State Dept. of Education.

Additional NAAS Media Reports will disclose, amongst other facts, evidence that ties Russian agents to the Idaho State Dept. of Education, and their use of Diploma Mills to license terrorists, and ID thieves.

Northwest Association of Accredited Schools DENIED!

To all parties affected by or whom have knowledge of the subject matter hereof.

As you are aware, a representative of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools submitted a seriously flawed, false, and quite deceptive application to the United States Trademark Office, seeking to register a mark nearly identical to a mark associated with National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS). In the instant matter, applicant sought to embed the NAAS trademark into its application, and thus associate the same with an entity that has not been endorsed, not been approved, and has not been licensed by registrant-of-record. The trademark application submitted by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools was done without the express consent of registrant-of- record.

To investigate the matter further, a series of external private attorneys were tested and intervewed by NAAS staff, including several attorneys whom have prominent listings in paid sponsored Google/Yahoo links. However, none of these persons were deemed qualifed, competent, or capable to execute the matter in accordance with NAAS standards, and U.S. laws.

An NAAS Special Agent appeared ex-parte and requested submission of new evidence. The request was granted pursuant to the case authority cited, as well as Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. §1052(d); see TMEP §§1207.01 et seq. Based thereon, a REFUSAL TO REGISTER notice was submitted to applicant. The conclusion reached by the United States Patent & Trademark office is certainly appropriate and correct. The legal case authority against the legitimacy of the proposed application submitted by applicant is overwhelming.

Northwest Association of Accredited Schools currently has a direct relationship with seven(7) state education departments. However, this organization also offers accrediting services to schools in other states. State education departments in Alaska, Utah, Oregon, Nevada, Washington,Montana, and Idaho are the only states in the U.S.A. that appear to have agreed to accept wholesale the accrediting standards promoted by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools.
We sincerely hope that Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, its foreign supporters, and its network of false domestic NAAS entities will respect the U.S. Constitution, and the intellectual property laws of the United States of America. They must either discontinue their perverted covetous desire of a brand made famous by registrant-of-record, or they may consent to a licensing agreement to use the same as a legitimate and honest business would do.

We entirely support and applaud the decision of the U.S. States Patent & Trademark office to enforce the U.S. Trademark Act, and to deny the entire application submitted by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools.

We are continuing an ongoing national and world-wide effort of identifying and evaluating possible persons to publicly prosecute with respect to their unauthorized use of the NAAS brand. This effort extends to hosting companies, employers, donors, web designers, educators, attorneys who engage in acts of moral turpitude with respect to supporting or contributing to trademark infringement, and any other person(s) who violates NAAS EAS/N2 rules.

Those persons who continue to violate U.S. Trademark laws, or other federal laws, do so at their own peril. Time is of the essence for affected parties to purchase an NAAS Discount license to legitimize the display of the NAAS mark on their respective websites. We do not condone or approve of any person using the NAAS mark without approval. Such persons should be aware that their unauthorized use of the same (indirectly or directly) will likely bear far greater economic costs, continued liablity, or adverse publicity than any possible benefits.

Interested persons may refer to the notes below for a current list of NAAS news items and related NAAS videos that pertain to the subject matter hereof. Certain links may be temporarily enabled for the next 120 hours to be accessed without an NAAS Subscription or NAAS Access Card. Evidence of disabled links are left 'AS IS'.

National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS) is not the source of origin for the products, inferior presentations, broken web links, and questionable standards associated with NAAS imposters, copy-cats, and trademark infringers. <

U.S. Patent & Trademark Office Refuses Northwest.

On July 27, 2009, the United States Patent and Trademark Office officially refused registration of the application submitted by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. A brief summary of the official letters is below:

REFUSAL: LIKELIHOOD OF CONFUSION UNDER SECTION 2(d)

Registration of the applied-for collective membership mark is refused because of a likelihood of confusion with the mark in U.S. Registration No. 2334969 [NAAS]. Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. §1052(d); see TMEP §§1207.01 et seq. See the enclosed registration.

Likelihood of confusion may arise from the contemporaneous use of a collective membership mark on the one hand and a trademark or service mark on the other. The same standards used to determine likelihood of confusion between trademarks and service marks also apply to collective membership marks. See 15 U.S.C. §1052(d); In re National Novice Hockey League, Inc., 222 USPQ 638 (TTAB 1984); Allstate Life Ins. Co. v. Cuna International, Inc., 169 USPQ 313 (TTAB 1971), aff’d, 487 F.2d 1407, 180 USPQ 48 (C.C.P.A. 1973); Boise Cascade Corp. v. Mississippi Pine Manufacturers Assn., 164 USPQ 364 (TTAB 1969). Refusal of NAAS Registration by Northwest Assoc.

NAAS Applicants Must Attend NAAS-Approved Schools

There is a new policy now in effect for NAAS Award applicants. There is no fee for students who attend schools that have purchased an NAAS Discount License, or that are NAAS-Approved.

Students attending schools or institutions that have purchased an NAAS Discount License may apply without any fees; students attending unaccredited 'NAAS' schools will be charged fees.

This new policy is now in effect due to numerous schools falsely claiming 'NAAS Accrediation' status.

We recommend that all NAAS Award participants use our online form at http://naas.org/
There is no need to to purchase costly U.S. postage stamps, or have your valuable correspondence subject to control by U.S. Postal employees.

For more information about how to purchase an NAAS Discount License, please refer to NAAS Licensing Information page

David Steadman Investigated for Perjury

David Steadman, who is desperately seeking to be associated with the world-famous, prestigious, and internationally known 'NAAS' trademark made famous by the founders of National Academy of American Scholars, is under investigation for perjury.

Mr. Steadman, and his group of fake 'NAAS' affiliates, have been the focus of several NAAS NEWS Media reports concerning their illegal, unauthorized, and inappropriate use of the the 'NAAS' mark.

According to certified records obtained from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, David Steadman personally submitted a document to that agency that was signed under penalty of perjury. The statements made by David Steadman contradict federal records, and public facts. Accordingly, legal options include pursuing civil and criminal charges, including a federal charge of perjury.

Mr. Steadman is the apparent President of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. The organization has underwent several name changes over the years, but has recently settled on the latest (Northwest Association of Accredited Schools) because Mr. Steadman incorrectly believes that this deceitful arrangement of names and words will justify trademark/copyright infringement.

Clearly, Mr. David Steadman is a very desperate man. Who is more desperate: a criminal being chased by the police down a dark alley corridor, or David Steadman trying to out run or out maneuver U.S. Trademark/copyright laws? David Steadman is leaving no stone untouched. The State Education Dept. of Idaho is the biggest collaborator of Steadman. An investigation of the unethical and neo-Nazi backgrounds of certain employees of that agency seem to provide an explanation for the insanely defiant conduct of certain of its partners. Hey Dave: is it too much to ask for you to be a decent American and follow the law??

David Steadman and his group have little or no respect for U.S. federal laws, and appear to have a financial arrangement from Russian operatives. The connection to Russia is disclosed on their website.

For more information about Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, and its relationship to the Idaho Dept. of Education, please review NAAS NEWS Media reports at http://www.naas.org, or http://www.naas-news.info/

Special Invitation (NAAS Discount license)

We are currently offering institutions and online schools claiming to be accredited by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools the opportunity to purchase a renewable NAAS discount license of $50.00.

This fee allows the affected school or institution the ability to display the 'NAAS' mark on their respective website for a period of 12 months.
If the fee is not paid, then such school or institution will continue to be publicly defined subject to NAAS EAS/N2 Rules, including the option of labeling said institution as a Criminal Institution; its employees may be subject to additional public charges.

Moreover, any student attending such an illegal or unlicensed school that applies for an NAAS Award may not be viewed favorably by members of the NAAS Select Committee.

Rather than attempting to cheat the process, or continue to be publicly battered with allegations of U.S. Copyright/Trademark violations, we urge affiliates of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools to act ethically, and responsibly by purchasing an NAAS Discount license.

NAAS License (for companies and persons of good repute)

Is your school or intitution being run by a Bernie Madoff type character? Are you trusting your legal matters (Copyright/trademarks) to copy-cat persons? All persons or companies of good repute are urged to seek an official NAAS License.

We urge all persons and companies that believe themselves to be persons or companies of good repute, upstanding honor and integrity, to apply for and purchase an NAAS License; alternatively, the purchaser of an NAAS license need not be an active licensee, but may be a passive licensee, which means the company or person is not obligated to even display the NAAS mark on their respective website, or use the 'NAAS' mark on their company literature.

Assuming you have not yet been formally served with a civil suit, or a criminal complaint, this offer extends to all persons and companies currently depicted in any NAAS-NEWS report, or any person/company currently displaying the NAAS mark without valid authorization in violation of current U.S. Trademark/Copyright laws.

The application, approval, and purchase of an NAAS License may validate the good standing, and ethics of that person and/or company. Such facts will certainly be taken into account and reflected in our reporting, NAAS NEWS Videos, etc.

Resident Gary G. Wakefield contacts NAAS

Per a previous post, this blogger reported that NAAS officials were receiving unsolicited correspondence from a Gary G. Wakefield, 1850 Isaac, St, in Pahrump, NV. Mr Wakefield claimed he was a person receiving unsolicited correspondence from a person(s) that were using the NAAS mail box number as a return address. although we appreciate the concerns and claims of this consumer, we find the actions of this person rather suspicious. For example, an NAAD DEIA Agent uncovered evidence that an official or representative of the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools made electronic inquiries to the consumer affairs of the United States Postal Service before this post became public.

Furthermore, NAAS officials investigated the claims of Gary G. Wakefield and quickly determined the following:
1. The claims of Gary G. Wakefield are false;
2. The claims of Gary G. Wakefield have no merit;
3. The claims of Gary G. Wakefield have no logical sense, and defy common sense;
4. The claims of Gary G. Wakefield are most likely related to Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, and local persons associated with that entity.
5. The claims of Gary G. Wakefield are most likely related to one or more persons mentioned in an existing NAAS NEWS Media Report(s).

It is unclear, but possible, that Gary G. Wakefield and others may have ties to Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, or other persons mentioned in NAAS NEWS Media reports.

NAAS DEIA Agents have secured electronic and other evidence that ties an official of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, with activity that is designed to undermine the prestige and character of National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS).

If Mr. Wakefield is reading this notice he should know that it is against NAAS EAS/N2 Rules to send unsolicted correspondence to an NAAS official, and insofar as claims that an NAAS opertaor is sending to him or other persons unsolicited correspondence, that claim is baseless, unsubstantiated, and makes no logical sense. Perhaps Mr. Wakefield should review his call log and check for calls from persons or entities named or mentioned in NAAS Media reports.

Please note: All communication to an NAAS mail boxi is subject to NAAS EAS/N2 Rules. If such communication is either unsolicited, or unrequested, or that comes from a non-NAAS Subscriber, or fails to adhere to proper NAAS protocol, it is also a matter of public record, and may therefore be posted in a public forum.

NAAS Letter of Protest to USPTO

Many consumers are potential trademark thieves, may be wondering what is the legal status of the fraudulent-appearing trademark application submitted by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, and Idaho Dept. of Education (an alter ego of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools)

An official Letter of Protest was sent to United States Patent and Trademark Office via U.S. certified mail detailing the legal case authority why the United Patent and Trademark Office has no alternative but to reject the deceptive, deceitful, and bogus trademark application submitted by Dave Steadman, and his Northwest Association of Accredited Schools.

NAAS NEWS will also be producing a Video Protest against the Trademark application submitted by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools.

The Idaho Dept. of Education has apparently teamed up with a band of criminals. This state agency encourages inferior educational standards for Idaho residents, and is implicitly encouraging Idaho students that it is 'OK' to steal, decieve consumers, and engage in the crime of Trademark Infringement.

It should not be surprising that many consumers believe that National Academy of American Scholars has superior integrity and higher moral standards than the Idaho Dept of Education, and each of the other state education departments that provide funding, free advertising, endorsements, and credibility to Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. After-all, the facts are overwhelming. National Academy of American Scholars supports laws that prohibit Copyright and Trademark infringement, whereas the Idaho Dept. of Education, and their employees, do not respect such U.S. laws.

What more evidence do you need??

NAAS Attorney Advertising Guide

NAAS frowns upon the practice of online advertising by attorneys, and considers the practice to be immoral. Online advertising by attorneys is a red-flag for attorney corruption, and dishonesty. In fact, the greater the online advertising presence then the greater the probabilty the attorney or law firm will be dishonest, and unethical. NAAS DEIA agents have collected information that suggests that attorneys who advertise online are most likely less ethical than their counterparts who do not.

The profession of online attorneys is not much different than used-car salesmen, and the profession of trademark attorneys that adverise online is comparable to the automobile repair industry. As a consumer, client, or potential client, you will face deceit, dishonesty, or incorrect legal advice. for example, consider attorneys or law firms that have purchased an advertising link or sponsored ad on any search engine, including Google, Yahoo, YouTube, or MSN, for the purposes of soliciting business for attorney services. The solicitations range from soliciting business for a trademark application, settling a trademark dispute, or soliting income in exchange for the filing of any document(s) with the U.S. Trademark Office, then your firm may be subject to an NAAS Attorney Review Media report.

NAAS has published a new NAAS media report as part of a collection of NAAS Media reports that relate to a wider media campaign. National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS), its attorneys, investigators, NAAS DEIA agents, are mounting an aggressive multi-media campaign to investigate and prosecute groups and persons who claim or imply affiliation, approval by, and/or accreditation by National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS). The new NAAS media report is aimed at corrupt attorneys, who mistakenly believe, that their professional status is immune from federal laws, and immune from NAAS Media Reports.

If you are an attorney, or employed at a law firm, and you represent a client who is perceived to be violating the intellectual property rights of National Academy of American Scholars, or who is in violation of NAAS EAS/N2 Rules, or you represent a client has chosen to engage National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS) then please be advised that your firm, and each of its employees, process servers, etc., will be subject to NAAS EAS/N2 Rules.

We encourage our readers to read our new report, and report attorney violations to this Publisher. All attorneys who write or communicate to NAAS or any agents, assignees, or affiliates related thereto, and who represent clients other than NAAS, or its agents or affilites, may be subject to an NAAS Attorney Review report.

There is no legal paperwork or document that a U.S. attorney can prepare that will infringe upon or impede the rights guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution. Attorneys that voluntarily choose to engage the sponsor of National Academy of American Scholars, or NAAS products and services, do so knowing that the rules of engagement are NAAS EAS/N2 Rules.

The NAAS.ORG website is based upon and entirely operated pursuant to published NAAS EAS/N2 Rules. We do not operate based upon some imaginary or hastily created rule, procedure, or demand authored by some U.S. attorney that is designed to benefit his/her client(s), or competitors to NAAS products, and services; such demands constitute moral turpitude and may be reported to the prosecuting State Bar.

NAAS Policy Preference is No U.S. Mail

National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS) is the source for America's appetite for pure, merit-based awards. We are featured in many publications, literarure, periodicals, and other sources.

We receive a tremendous amount of interest for NAAS products and services. The NAAS.ORG website is equipped to facilitate and handle e-commerce requests and dispense orders 24 hours per day unless notified otherwise per NAAS EAS/N2 Rules.

However, demands or communications for NAAS products and services via the U.S. mail may strain our resources. Consequently, we wish to re-emphasize that we prefer online orders. We incorporate a U.S. mailing address on our website for information purposes. Only NAAS Subscribers may submit certified or special delivery documents to NAAS.

Even if an NAAS DEIA Agent accepts or signs for a certified package sent via U.S. Certified mail, that act is not meant to be construed as an obligation to open, assess, review, and act upon any request or inquiry that may be contained therein; such corrpondences may never be opened or read if not accompanied by a special NAAS Code that can only be obtained by completing an online NAAS form, or by being an NAAS Subscriber.

NAAS Launches National Trademark Fraud Campaign

National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS), its attorneys, investigators, NAAS DEIA agents, are mounting an aggressive world-wide multi-media campaign to investigate and prosecute groups and persons who claim or imply affiliation, approval by, and/or accreditation by National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS). We are investigating the fraudulent misuse of the world famous 'NAAS' mark, counterfeiting of the famed 'NAAS' logo, and global piracy of 'NAAS' intellectual property.

We are investigating attorneys who aid, assist, abet, or provide material support to criminals in furtherance of violating U.S. federal laws, and who accept monies from blatant trademark infringers.

NAAS has teamed up with the global anti-piracy STOP initiative developed by the U.S. Patent & Trademark office, and other agencies that combat intellectual property theft.

We are pursuing the criminal prosecution of trademark infringers, the manufacturers of fake 'NAAS' logos, the manufacturers of counterfeit 'NAAS' t-shirts, companies and organizations that illegally use the 'NAAS' mark on their websites, and their co-conspirators.

Non-profit organizations, donors, web hosting companies, universities, data repository companies, and advertisers that sponsor, fund, or provide material support to offensive trademark infringers are also targets of scrutiny, and possible litigation.

The choice is simple: If you do not have an official NAAS License, cease and desist your use of the 'NAAS' mark or remove ALL references of the mark from your literature and website.

We intend to track down, locate, identify, and prosecute each and every person(s), group(s), and agencies who violate U.S. federal laws with regard to matters concerning NAAS. There is no person or agency that will be spared scrutiny if they are perceived as violating the intellectual property rights of National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS).

The known principal organizations and persons currently under both criminal and civil investigation with respect to matters concerning this topic are:

a.
David G. Steadman, President
Northwest Association of Accredited Schools
1510 Robert St., Suite 103
Boise, ID 83705-5194
URL: http://www.northwestaccreditation.org/; and, throughout their website.
#Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, encourages their respective State commitees, sub-groups, and alleged ‘NAAS’ accredited schools to engage in the same conduct that itself is under investigation for;

b.
Joan Messer
American Junior Academy of Sciences
900 S. Court
Ellisville, MS 39467
URL: http://www.amjas.org/index.php
URL: http://www.amjas.org/about.php
URL: http://www.amjas.org/
#Joan Messer is a professor at Jones County Junior College. The American Junior Academy of Sciences is suspected of a wide variety of offenses, including trademark infringement, and defrauding donors by improperly inducing the same with fraudulent references to 'NAAS'.

b.
Dr. Don Jordan
College of Arts & Sciences,
University of South Carolina
323 Sumwalt
Columbia, SC 29208
URL: http://www.cas.sc.edu/cse/jordan/
#Don Jordan is a professor at the University of South Carolina. He illegally and fraudulently implies that his organization is approved by and/or endorsed by NAAS. His colleagues have dropped use of the 'NAAS' mark, but he has thus far failed to respect U.S. Trademark laws.

c.
Attn: Dr. James J. McCarthy
The American Association for the Advancement of Science
1200 New York Avenue NW
Washington, DC 20005
URL: http://www.aaas.org/programs/education/naas.shtml
#This organization is staffed by persons who are employees of universities and colleges that are also members of National Association of Student Financial-Aid Administrators (NASFAA); the members of this organization has an extensive history of student-loan fraud, and crimes related to financial-aid.

d.
Attn: Gary Kipp, Executive Director
Association of Washington School Principals
1021 8th Ave. S.E.,
Olympia, WA 98501-1500
This group is associated with Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. Collectively, they encourage their respective State commitees, sub-groups, employees, and illegally-named ‘NAAS’ accredited schools to engage in the same conduct that itself is under investigation for.

Many of the these persons and organizations have direct ties to National Association of Financial-Aid Administrators (NASFAA) or its counterpart National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC). NAAS Media Reports detail that these organization are typically a base or breeding ground for financial-aid criminals, student-loan fraudsters, and loan-steering. Both of these organizations have been repeated subjects of past NAAS NEWS Media reports.

As of the date of this posting, the groups named above appear to be the most blatant, offensive, deceitiful, and persistent violators and infringers of the 'NAAS' mark. None of there persons have been qualified or authorized to use the world-famous 'NAAS' mark in commerce. Their use of the 'NAAS' mark is illegal.

NAAS QUOTE:
Honest and ethical persons need merely to be reminded of the need to follow the law, and they will comply; whereas, criminals need to be handcuffed, publicly embarrassed, and/or ordered by a court of law to comply with the same instructions

Honorable Boise State University

Boise State University drops phony 'NAAS' accrediting agency. With little prodding, Boise State University is to be commended for deleting all references to the misuse of the 'NAAS' mark on its website, and deleting the multiple false claims made by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. If only the U.S. Attorney of Idaho, and the other agencies and universities that support Northwest, were as honorable, perhaps a series of NAAS media reports would not be necessary.

Since the U.S. Attorney of Idaho apparently is a person who cannot be trusted to enforce federal laws, and who is apparently incapable of protecting the citizens of that state, hundreds of Idaho citizens and thousands more have called upon National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS) to resolve marketplace confusion, investigate 'NAAS' accreditation scams, and to enforce the perception that U.S. federal laws actually mean something.

Many Idaho residents believe that the Idaho Dept. of Education is nothing more than a corrupt rubber-stamp alter-ego of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. It is unclear to many Idaho residents whether or not Northwest Association of Accredited Schools is a branch of Idaho government. Judging from the commingling of assets and use of the Idaho government page, it is believed that the Idaho Dept. of Education is run by the same suspicious gang that is employed by Northwest Assocation of Accredited Schools. It is this incestuous relationship that the U.S. Attorney of Idaho may be trying to conceal and protect. Northwest Association of Accredited Schools is NOT a branch of any government.

An argument can be made that Northwest Association of Accredited Schools is engaging in illegal conduct, and is deliberately attempting to confuse consumers about the origin of its phony 'NAAS' products and services.

Investigation of NAAS Mailbox Impersonation

To:
Mail Box Clerk of CrossRoads Station,
6210 N JONES BLVD, LAS VEGAS, NV 89130-4001

Subject: Mail-box Impersonation by unknown persons falsely assigning responsibility to box NAAS Mailbox

Possible Persons of Interest: All Nevada-based natural persons associated with Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, SPM Resorts, Inc., Meridian Financial Services

Dear Mail Clerk, and to Consumer Affairs of the United States Postal Service, etc., et al.

¶It has been brought to our attention by various residents in and around Nye County, Nevada, Clark County, and other locations that persons may be impersonating the use of the official NAAS-USA Fund mail box without the express written consent of NAAS-USA Fund. Specifically, we are receiving mail correspondence from random persons that claim to have originated from the NAAS Mail Box 750356. These letters claim to be harassing to the recipients, and are harassing to the actual box holders. In fact, one hand-written suspicious letter from Gary G. Wakefield, 1850 Isaac St., Apt. C, Pahrump, NV 89060, claims he has been in contact with U.S. Postal Inspectors and that he has blamed the “occupants” of Box 750356 despite the fact that mail-box impersonation is apparently quite easy.

¶We suspect some of these persons are acting on behalf of certain persons named in NAAS Media for the precise purpose of chilling free-speech. These mail pieces coincided with the publication of unflattering NAAS Media reports about Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, and SPM Resorts, Meridian Financial Services, and all these companies have used their employees or attorneys to access the NAAS.ORG website. These persons all have ties to the same area where these letters appear to have originated from. Also, we have electronic evidence that verifies certain facts about the suspect(s).

¶PLEASE NOTE: Improperly addressed correspondence to NAAS-USA Fund will be discarded per NAAS EAS/N2 Rules. Box holder is not responsible for any correspondence other than its own. NAAS-USA Fund, does not, has not, and has no reason to engage in any act(s) that resemble the act(s) descibed by Wakefield or other person(s).

¶A complete version of this letter will be posted on the NAAS Blog, along with U.S. Postal phone numbers. We encourage any person with accurate information about the identity of the persons to contact your office.

NAAS Malibox Impersonation Scam

Dear
United States Postal Service
CrossRoads Station
Attn: Management
6210 N JONES BLVD
LAS VEGAS, NV 89130-4001

Dear sir:
Thank you for your hand-written letter. According to your letter, you want us to believe that someone is misusing our mailing address as their own. Ok. Ok. we believe you, for now. Is this really surprising?? Think about it. We have the most accurate, most biting NEWS reports on the Internet. Our latest presentation deals with scams and crimes related to Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. They have offices in Las Vegas, Nevada. It seems kind of curious you wrote your later at about the same time we have been publicly profiling this organization and its sub-groups.

Whomever sent you the letter(s) certainly did not use their own address. Duh??? I suggest, you take some DNA samples, and run the letters through the database, and match the times where that person(s) was.

Why would any person associated with NAAS be sending you anything?? Our investigation reveals that you are not qualified or eligible for any NAAS Award(s). It is obvious that we are rather too busy to be engaging in the sort of non-sense that you describe. Nonetheless, we appreciate your correspondence. It simply re-confirms that someone apparently thought enough about the effectiveness and reach of NAAS products and services as to impersonate our mailing address and sucker other people into believing that the letter came from an NAAS agent.

Since National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS) cannot be touched with respect to our superior service, products, and conformance with the federal and state laws, the only route left for desperate persons profiled in our media reports is to bribe, influence, trick, or convince the U.S. Postal Service, and one or more of its crooked employees, to engage in deceit, violation of the federal laws, and violations of U.S. Civil rights.

This is an example as to why we do not promote or solicit correspondence via the U.S. mail.

Your letter seems rather phony. Are you really a U.S. Postal Inspector?? Is so, do you have anything better to do with your time?? Can you provide to us the name of your U.S. employer, or the Postal Inspector you spoke with?

As you know, anyone can use your mailing address in Pahrump, NV and make the exact claims. Why is your claim more legitimate than ours, or anyone else??

Editors note: Has anyone been receiving similar letters claiming
to have received letters from a NAAS mailing address??

Prosecution of Trademark/Copyright Scofflaws

If you received a letter or notice from an NAAS attorney, or a summons to appear in court in regards to an NAAS copyright/trademark claim, the notice indicates you have or are about to be sued in court; or you have been identified as a target for potential prosecution for violation of U.S. Trademark/Copyright laws as pertains to NAAS intellectual property. To resolve this matter, you must eeither remit the required fee(s) for an NAAS License, or cease and remove all uses of the NAAS mark from your website and literature.

Unless you are an official NAAS Licensee, you are not allowed to use the “NAAS” or “National Academy of American Scholars” mark as an instrument to solicit commerce or attention to your company or institution. For licensing information and prices, please refer to our NAAS Licensing Information Page. It is a matter of public record that the mark ‘NAAS’ is a registered U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has achieved incontestable status. Unauthorized use of this mark without proper approval is illegal.

If you are currently a scofflaw or illegal user of the NAAS mark, and you want to continue to use the ‘NAAS’ mark, you have two choices:

1. Purchase or BUY an NAAS license at http://www.naas.org/; or,

2. REMOVE all references to the marks ‘NAAS’ from your website.

Rest assured, we will ensure that your illegal use of the mark is far more costlier and less pleasurable than your legal use with a valid NAAS license.

NAAS Editors Seek Background Checks

Commencing on January 1st, 2009, NAAS Editors will be implementing a new routine procedure in regards to NAAS-NEWS Media Reports.

All NAAS-NEWS reporters, and editors will automatically seek various back-ground checks on persons who become focal points of and/or listed in NAAS-NEWS Media Reports, as well as persons who are using NAAS intellectual property without proper authorization. {We do not vonduct background checks on applicants or subscribers. }

These various background checks may include, but are not limited to, investigations of past Child Molestation convictions, past child molestation arrests, past past child molestation inquiries, past arrests and/or convictions, past or pending lawsuits, bankruptcy, opinions of neighbors, co-workers, etc. For example, we have obtained background checks on the operators of criminal websites used by Josh Centor/Larry Centor. These websites unfairly portrayed NAAS in a false light, and the addresses of the operators are posted in a NAAS-NEW Media report.

We have also requested a background check on Doug Clay of Eastmont HS. This person is a webmaster of a school website that portrays NAAS in a false light.

Letters and post-cards may be sent to neighbors, ex-husbands, employers, and ex-wives for commentary as well.

As a general rule, if a person or politician is associated with any member of the Centor family of Bayside, New York, it is virtually guaranteed and/or very certain that the person is corrupt, and may become the focus of an investigation.

Deadlines/Expiration dates for NAAS 19th Term

The deadline to request uncompleted and blank NAAS applications for the 19th term of NAAS Awards expired as of midnight, February 1st, 2009, 12:01, AM, Pacific Daylight Time. The deadline to submit completed online NAAS applications via form NAS EAS/N2 Form 000 for the term expired as of midnight, February 15th, 2009, 12:01, AM, Pacific Daylight Time.

We have allowed extensions up to March 1st, 2009.

As of today's date, we have received outstanding online applications from numerous scholars, and participating institutions. We are in the process of evaluating completed online forms subject to NAAS EAS/N2 Rules that were in effect for the Beta-based awards.

We hope to incorporate many of the comments and suggestions that scholarship contestants incorporated in their applications.

The new version will be more multi-media interactive.

As announced earlier, all NAAS Awards, including NAAS Beta awards, are subject to NAAS EAS/N2 Rules.

New Criticisms of the SAT/The College Board

Wake Forest University and Smith College have gotten a lot of attention since their announcements that they will no longer require prospective students to submit SAT and ACT scores with their applications.

The burst of publicity no doubt made their admissions offices happy. At a time when colleges are eager to elevate their brands - and are competing vigorously for students - dropping the SAT and ACT can be a helpful marketing tool.

The Wake Forest and Smith announcements are also part of a backlash against the use — and misuse — of the SAT. A growing number of schools have decided to drop the test, and there is an increasingly fractious debate underway about the validity of using the SAT to predict student performance in college.

The S.A.T., after all, is not a measure of creativity, drive or other factors that can affect student performance. Despite these caveats, the test is widely touted as a sacred index that tells all. Educational rating services evaluate colleges based partly on the SAT scores of their students. Real estate brokers market homes based on the average scores at local public schools. Bond-rating companies even consider SAT scores when judging a college’s creditworthiness.

That debate about the validity of the SAT has been raging for years. The level of intensity was kicked up when the College Board released new studies of the test last year, which were revamped — amid much hullabaloo — three years ago.

The Times’ Tamar Lewin wrote that the 3-hour and 45-minute test — with a new written component — “predicts college success no better than the old test, and not quite as well as a student’s high school grades.’’

Notices About Paypal Subscription Cancellations

On February 14, 2009, we received this message from one of our loyal subscribers, Russ Mattice, in regards to his repeated attempts to avoid recurring charges from his NAAS-NEWS subscription. Since his daughter is no longer eligible for an NAAS award, Russ felt that it was no longer desirable to continue with his NAAS-NEWS subscription. He thought his subscription had been cancelled months ago, but a recent charge in Feb. 2009 was billed to his account. So he contacted Paypal to have his subscription re-cancelled.

He states that he has "made several attempts via email to cancel this subscription, but have not had any success. " Russ states that PayPal told him the subscription shows up as being "cancelled", but he then asked why was I charged for the $10?

Having failed to get a straight answer from Paypal, Russ turned to NAAS for a solution. The NAAS response is below:

NAAS RESPONSE:
Dear Russ:
Your email is really interesting. You should NOT be billed annually by PayPal if you have already cancelled your subscription. Since you are a PayPal member, it should take no more than a simple click of the cancellation button for your cancellation to be effective.
We will refund your monies with no problem, but if your account was charged please understand that we (merchants) have no access to your account/credit-card information. You are either being charged intentionally or by accident from PayPal.

You should know that as a merchant, we cannot "cancel" your subscription anymore than we can "create" your subscription. The only thing a merchant can do is facilitate the "creation" of your subscription via a sign-up form. You have the authority to cancel. If PayPal has engineered its software to ignore cancellation requests of its users then that is something a merchant cannot control.

As we have repeatedly stated, NAAS does NOT have access to any PayPal devices, and NAAS does not remit annual billing statements. If a subscriber is automatically billed via his/her credit-card then this act was done by PayPal employees without the consent and knowledge f NAAS. All annual billings are initiated and controlled by PayPal via its automated software program.

We are posting this message in public to reinforce the facts of NAAS policy and procedure. There is no requirement that users of NAAS products or services use PayPal. There are other ways to remit payments to NAAS.

Thank you for your message. We will periodically re-post this same message.

Sincerely,
Todd, NAAS Analyst #4568

YouTube, LLC Yanks CentorMedia Accounts

In re: http://www.youtube.com/centormedia;
http://www.youtube.com/joshcentors

I was browsing the Internet another day, and discovered a couple of interesting YouTube accounts. One account, CentorMedia, was a virulent Anti-Semitism account created by Larah Centor. Larah Centor referred to herself as the sister of Elana Centor. Larah Centor accused her sister Elana Centor of racism against Barack Obama for publishing a comment several months ago that labeled Barack Obama with a dirty metaphor. Larah Centor also accused her brother Larry Centor of being a closet Communist who had no respect for U.S. laws.

The CentorMedia Youtube account attacked American principles of democracy, and had several links to terrorist websites connected to enemies of Israel.

Larah Centor labeled herself as the family comedian. She poked fun at herself, and New York Times reporters connected to Larry/Josh Centor.

This Publisher also determined that another account was linked to Joshe Centor. That account detailed his homosexuality, his stated preference toward men, his distaste for his father, his secret hatred of women, and claims that the Centor family had corrupt ties to federal agencies, and used these ties to infringe upon the civil rights of critics of the Centors. In fact, NAAS even subscribed to the CentorMedia account to keep track of what Larah was posting.

A few days ago, I tried to visit both sites, and was informed the Accounts Are Suspended. YouTube, LLC confirmed the accounts were connected to Centors. One must assume that YouTube, LLC suspended or closed the accounts because they were connected to extremism, Anti-Semitism, racism, and showed a secret side of the Centor family that few people knew existed.

Remember, this is an issue of the Centor family: the only family in America where the members can commit a crime and not be held accountable.

Unlike the other criminal websites that the Centors are connected to, YouTube acted in a responsible way, and shut down these despicable websites connected to the Centors, whom Larah Centor called the 'Center of Evil.'
